Dental Receptionist
Worthington, OH
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday
*Travel between other offices in Dublin and Westerville required*
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $18 – $20 per hour based on full-time employment. Dental Assistant
Dublin, OH
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. You’ll support our provider(s) during treatment and help deliver outstanding care to our patients and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.
Schedule: Full time averaging 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Provide chair-side clinical support to Drs by assisting, charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
- Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
- Take and process X-Rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
- Welcome, comfort and educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care
- Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality and follow workplace regulations

Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Dental assisting experience
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting
- Completion of a Dental Assisting program or Dental Assisting certification preferred according to State and individual practices
- Radiology certification preferred according to state and individual practices
