Financial Policy

At Central Ohio Endodontics, we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. For self pay patients (no dental Insurance coverage); we ask that payment in full is made at the time of treatment. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

We are currently contracted providers for the Delta Dental Premier Network, MetLife, Cigna Radius, Aetna, Assurant, Superior Dental, and Logistic Health (LHI). The information that we receive from your insurance is not a guarantee of benefits and is only an estimate. We ask that your coinsurance (insured out-of-pocket) is paid in full at the time of service. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility. 

As a service to our patients, we also offer CareCredit, North America’s leading patient payment program.  CareCredit lets you begin treatment immediately then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit into your budget.  CareCredit offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees.  It only takes a few minutes to apply and you’ll receive a decision in minutes.  Contact our office for further details.
